These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pkr77 ("pkr77", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the pkr77 website at pkr77.vip and all related services, products, and features offered therein (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise accessing any portion of the pkr77 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the pkr77 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotional terms applicable to offers you opt into.

pkr77 may, at its sole discretion, refuse any registration application or suspend an existing account where the eligibility criteria set out above are not met, or where pkr77 has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these criteria has occurred.

Each registered user of the pkr77 Platform is permitted to hold one (1) account only. Your pkr77 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, assigned, or otherwise disposed of to any third party. You may not permit any other person to access or use your pkr77 account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. pkr77 will never request your password through any channel, including live chat, email, or telephone. Any OTP received for your pkr77 account must be treated as strictly confidential and must not be shared with any person.

pkr77 reserves the right to carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) checks on any account at any time. This may involve requesting copies of identity documents, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation. Accounts subject to KYC review may have deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay restricted until the review is satisfactorily completed.

You must keep your account information current and accurate at all times. Any change to your registered name, CNIC, mobile number, or payment method must be communicated to pkr77 support and verified before the updated information takes effect on your account.

pkr77 processes all financial transactions exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), and Meezan Bank.

• Minimum Deposit: PKR 500 per transaction.
• Minimum Withdrawal: PKR 1,000 per transaction.
• JazzCash / EasyPaisa deposits typically credit within 60 seconds of successful transaction confirmation.
• Bank transfer deposits (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) typically credit within 5–15 minutes during banking hours.
• Withdrawal processing time is 1–3 business hours for mobile wallet withdrawals and up to 1 business day for bank transfers, subject to verification status.

pkr77 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which pkr77 accepts no responsibility. All funds deposited into your pkr77 account must be your own lawfully obtained funds. pkr77 prohibits the use of third-party payment sources.

pkr77 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal where: (a) the account has not completed required KYC verification; (b) there is an active investigation into the account; (c) the withdrawal is suspected to involve fraudulent activity; or (d) active bonus wagering requirements have not been completed.

All bets and wagers placed on the pkr77 Platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product — including but not limited to cricket betting, live dealer casino games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Dragon Tiger), slot games, Tongits Go, and instant games. The specific rules for each product are displayed within the respective game interface on the Platform.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. pkr77 does not guarantee that displayed odds will remain available for any minimum period.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time without prior notice. Bets placed prior to a suspension remain valid unless otherwise stated in the specific product rules.
• pkr77 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error — including bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds caused by a technical malfunction or data feed error — and to refund the stake to the player's account.
• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply per bet, per event, and per day, as displayed within the sportsbook and casino interfaces. These limits are subject to change without prior notice.
• Winnings from live casino games are settled in real time. Sports betting settlements are carried out after official result confirmation from the relevant sports governing body.
• PSL and Pakistan national cricket matches are settled based on the official results declared by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) or the relevant tournament authority.

• Bonuses are credited to your pkr77 account bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, a standard wagering requirement applies to all bonus amounts received.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the expiry period specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all pkr77 account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits on their account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.

• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by local law, if pkr77 has expressly restricted access from that jurisdiction.

All content on the pkr77 Platform — including but not limited to the pkr77 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and all other materials — is the intellectual property of pkr77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pkr77 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any pkr77 content without prior written authorisation from pkr77.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkr77, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the pkr77 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical malfunction, or circumstances beyond pkr77's control.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform, including betting odds, game statistics, or promotional content.

pkr77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where pkr77 determines, in its sole discretion, that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive conduct on the Platform.
• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or any subsequent verification process.
• The player has requested self-exclusion or is subject to a previously confirmed self-exclusion period.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to pkr77, other players, or third parties.

Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, pkr77 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance attributable to bonus funds or winnings derived from prohibited conduct. Verified real-money deposits not subject to active bonus conditions will be returned to the player's registered payment method following the conclusion of any investigation.

You may close your pkr77 account at any time by contacting the pkr77 support team via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours, subject to any outstanding verification, withdrawal, or investigation procedures.
